History
The building that houses the hotel,
has its origins in medieval times, when the courtyard that presides over one of the most emblematic corners of the hotel, was used for the economic activity of butchery, linked through an alley to the current Carnicería street, currently one of the most vigorous commercial streets of Ciutadella.
In the mid-nineteenth century, the noble Quadrado family acquired the house and in the early twentieth century it went from being a shoe workshop to the home of the Salort Olivar family. Several generations of the nobility of Ciutadella have passed through it, linked to the patron saint festivities of Sant Joan, making it even more special.
The current owner has rented the building for management as a hotel, being at this time an illusion for the whole team to recover the splendor of this historic building.
